Wishing all our readers a new beginning with 2018!

 

Caesurae: Poetics of Cultural Translation, Volume 2: Issue 2 is finally published. We thank all our contributors and readers for their co-operation and patience.

 

With every issue, this multi-media E- Journal has always had something new to offer. And with every year, the organization, Caesurae Collective Society, the Journal is associated with, is growing. The First Caesurae International Conference was organized at Amrita University, Coimbatore, in August 2017. While we are preparing for a Special Issue to be published on the theme of the conference, this issue brings with it the Caesurae Weekly Column, which will have a run of its own throughout the year. The Weekly Column will be split into two sections, namely:



• Book Reviews

• Perspectives

Contributors are requested to send in their contributions to either me (mail@caesurae.org) or to Nikhila H or Cecile Oumhani directly.

 

This Special Feature for the next issue is on Art and Cultural Transmission. This section is to be guest edited by the Art Historian, Rajasri Mukhopadhyay.

While we accept contributions to the e -journal for free, which has to go through a peer review process (See Submissions and Forthcoming Issue) and have no publishing fees, we do welcome those who wish to be part of our academic and creative community, to become members, in order to participate in our events.
